Client Policy
To provide the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review the following policies.
Booking & Deposits
- ✦A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- ✦Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
- ✦Remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- ✦Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- ✦Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if notice is given within the required timeframe.
- ✦Last-minute cancellations may require a new deposit for future bookings.
Late Policy
- ✦Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- ✦Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.
Guest Policy
- ✦To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, no extra guests unless approved beforehand.
Preparation for Appointment
- ✦Please arrive with a clean face free of makeup when possible.
- ✦Inform me of any skin allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
